Large durable building built for the keeping of arrested individuals. Most prisoners were in the twenties or thirties, black or hispanic, and mostly repeated offenders and felons. Now mostly vacant since the place has a bad stench from multiple dead prisoners that have defecated throughout the years. Front doors are unlocked and most electronic devises are non-functional except for lighting devises like light bulbs, refrigerator, vending machines, etc.

Most of the time abandoned however rats, insects, bats, and other small animals that take refuge during bad weather conditions. Some wanderers also take refuge for winter storms, tornadoes, rain, etc. Random encounters.
